Roads

Access to the site will be over existing public roads, some of which may require improvements and upgrading to accommodate delivery vehicles.  Minuteman expects that equipment and construction vehicles will enter Savoy from the south along Route 8A.  Minuteman is exploring different routes within the Town from Route 8A/116 to Harwood Road and after meetings with Town officials favors a route from Route 8A/116 to Center Road to Adams Road and then to Harwood Road.  Minuteman anticipates this use of local roads for construction access will be limited to a period of 6 to 12 weeks.  Once operational, the project will require occasional deliveries for maintenance and repair, but no regular or frequent use of town roads.
