Noise

Epsilon has conducted noise studies measuring the ambient noise at several points  the site's property line.  Epsilon then modeled what the noise impacts at those particular points would be based on the noise characteristics of several wind turbine designs.  Epsilon's analysis shows that the windfarm will raise the level of ambient noise at the property line by only 1 dB, a level inaudible to normal ears and well below the regulatory threshold of 10 dB.
